Vortex will not deploy certain mods I'm having an issue where Vortex will not deploy a few mods - Real Mountains, 3d Flowers, and HD Road Signs all are installed and enabled. But none of those show in Plugins.

I have never experienced that an installed mod does not actually show the .esp on the plugin list if it is selected and the mod is actually installed. If you have disabled automatic deployment and not deployed manually after installing the mod, the plugin won't show up in the list and the mod will not affect your game.
